Section 01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Boss Family Holdings, Inc. ("Boss Finances," "we," "us"), a subsidiary of T. James Enterprises Inc. By accessing or using the Boss Finances website, apps, or services (the "platform"), creating an account, or joining the founding waitlist, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal & Disclosures. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
Section 02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
Section 03Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bossfinances.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Section 04License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial financial education. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the platform or its content;
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Use the platform unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to upload harmful or misleading content;
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform's operation or security;
- Share your account or resell access to others.
Section 05Founding membership, pricing & billing
Founding membership is offered in limited quantity (e.g. 500 seats) as a one-time payment for the access tier described at the point of sale (for example, "$299 for life" or an "All-Access" option). "Lifetime" access means for the operational lifetime of the applicable Boss Finances service, and is subject to these Terms; it does not guarantee that any specific feature will exist indefinitely.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.
- Any refund eligibility (including any founding-member guarantee) will be described at checkout; except as required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.
- Founding benefits (such as badges, AMAs, swag, or early access) are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may change.
What "lifetime" covers. A one-time Founding or All-Access purchase grants lifetime access to the Boss Finances software (budgeting, cash flow, debt and savings tools, Boss Money AI coaching, homeownership and wealth tools), your badge, and community perks such as group AMAs, roadmap voting weight, and first-access privileges. The price lock applies to your software tier price and those perks.
Data-dependent and human-delivered features. Certain features depend on third-party providers whose costs we do not control — including bank-linked account data (for example, per-user aggregator fees that may rise annually) and daily tri-bureau credit monitoring feeds. We reserve the right to offer these features, as well as human-delivered services such as 1:1 onboarding calls and portfolio reviews, as separate paid add-ons, or to change or discontinue them, if upstream provider costs increase materially or a provider changes or ends its service. These features are not included in any lifetime grant or price lock. Where included with a plan, 1:1 onboarding is a one-time perk at signup and portfolio reviews may be delivered in a group or automated format.
Bundled future products. Where a purchase bundles products that are not yet generally available (for example, Boss Traders Pro or Boss Investors Pro), those products are delivered as and when released, substantially as described at the point of sale. Release timing, feature scope, and packaging may evolve, and we may substitute materially equivalent functionality.
Section 06Educational nature of the platform
Boss Finances provides financial education and coaching tools only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, credit repair organization, or lender, and nothing on the platform is personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. See our Legal & Disclosures for the full picture, including credit-education and results limitations.
Section 07Boss Money AI
Boss Money AI is an automated, educational feature that may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It does not provide professional advice and does not execute transactions or move money. You are responsible for verifying and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated suggestion.
Section 08Intellectual property
The platform and all associated content, software, trademarks, and design — including the Boss Finances name, logo, "Boss Money AI," and "the Boss Path" — are owned by Boss Family Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates and protected by law. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you. Any feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
Section 09Third-party services
The platform integrates with third parties (such as data aggregators, payment processors, and AI providers) and may link to other Boss Family products. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them. Linking your financial accounts is read-only and does not authorize us to move funds or trade.
Section 10Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms — will survive.
Section 11Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY FINANCIAL OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.
Section 12Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOSS FINANCES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Section 13Disputes & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless an arbitration or alternative-dispute provision is added and agreed upon at signup. You and Boss Finances each agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
